What Clear Aligners Actually Do
A plain-language look at how gradual, planned movement works.

Clear aligners apply gentle, planned pressure to teeth in a sequence of stages. Each tray is slightly different from the last, and together they describe a path from where your teeth are today to the position set out in your plan.
Because the trays are removable, everyday life stays largely the same: you take them out to eat and brush, then put them back. Wear time is what keeps the sequence on schedule.
Whether aligners are appropriate for a given smile is not something a website can decide. That determination follows professional review of your records.
